From I90 to the north:
Exit at route 11 and head south to Ohio State Rte. 6. Take a left and go east to the town of Andover. Go around the square 3/4 of the way to Rt 6/7 north. Go 4.4 miles to Woodard Road and take a right. Travel to the end of Woodard (at Horse Farm) and turn right on Phelps. This dirt road will go into the state parkland and end at the lake edge and the PSC gate.
(note: there are faster/shorter ways, but this is the simplest)
From the south:
